Success for an individual is 75% dependent on communication and 25% on talent and ability. Within an enterprise, there is an increasing emphasis on building a learning-oriented organization and fostering team spirit. Therefore, effective internal communication is the key to success.
To eliminate departmental communication barriers, build team spirit, and achieve high-quality development, Fuqing Wood Industry conducted a “Breaking Down Departmental Barriers” training session.
This training session deeply analyzed the obstacles in cross-departmental communication and collaboration. It focused on “how to express feedback” and “when to use empathetic responses” to achieve effective communication. The session also introduced “five strategies for conflict management” to break down departmental barriers, facilitating effective cross-departmental collaboration and achieving win-win cooperation. During the training, Fuqing employees attentively engaged with the content.
The ultimate goal of learning is to gain practical knowledge. Through this training course, Fuqing employees shared case studies based on the training content, addressing issues encountered in their respective work areas to promote departmental collaboration.
To foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation, employees who shared their case studies were rewarded during the meeting.
