1. Training Content

The training featured an etiquette course presented by Dr. Lu Yao, a psychology Ph.D. from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a specially invited etiquette speaker for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The course covered various aspects of etiquette, including dress code, business language and behavior, business interaction etiquette, telephone etiquette, and elevator etiquette. Through clear theoretical explanations, engaging case studies, and vivid scenario simulations, participants were able to grasp the essence of etiquette in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The interactive and efficient learning process helped them master workplace etiquette standards, enabling them to learn, reflect, and apply their knowledge.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Hu Yun delivered a concluding speech. Hu expressed gratitude for the excellent presentation by the instructor and emphasized the importance and necessity of business etiquette and professional conduct.
