Book Sharing Session

The company organized a training session for all employees.
Participants included all management personnel of Fuqing Wood Industry.
On this beautiful spring day full of hope, you and I must be full of vitality and embark on a new journey. The Fuqing family sang the Fuqing Song together. On the table were milk tea and snacks prepared by the winning group of the book club. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, we began today’s learning journey.
Four colleagues and one senior executive shared their insights. Eight management personnel were randomly selected on-site to serve as judges and score the presentations. The four colleagues competed for the championship.
Two colleagues from the International Business Department shared their in-depth interpretations and insights based on the course content taught by Mr. Fang Zhiwen, combined with their own work experiences.
A colleague from the Human Resources and Administration Center shared content from the “Chief Recruitment Officer” course by Action Education, relating it to their own recruitment work and conducting a training transfer of the relevant course.
Special guest executive Mr. Zhang Wei shared insights from the book “Battle Mode.” As a member of the company’s management team, Mr. Zhang shared his management philosophy, providing an in-depth analysis of how to select and lead a team effectively.
After intense competition, Sun Ling emerged as the champion of the evening with a score of 89.33.
At the end of the meeting, Deputy General Manager Hu Yun summarized the session. Mr. Hu pointed out that the ultimate manifestation of learning is output capability. Output capability is a closed-loop process of learning, transforming, applying, and sharing. It requires grassroots management personnel to continuously review their work to accelerate growth, achieve personal success, and contribute to the company’s success. Output capability is also an essential skill for leaders. The entire Fuqing family must work together, continuously learn and grow, to ultimately achieve the company’s strategic goals of 1 billion yuan in 3 years and 2 billion yuan in 5 years.
