Amid the spirited singing of “Fuqing People,”
Fuqing Wood Industry held its June Summary and Awards Ceremony.
Stay vigilant in times of peace; preparedness averts crises. Facing a market downturn, we must not wait passively but instead plan and prepare in advance, reflect seriously, strive to surpass, and seek practical results, taking our work to a new level. At the meeting, the business departments reflected on and summarized their work in June and signed pledges of commitment.
The power of unity comes from a common goal. Shared ideals and consistent pursuits bring various forces together, accumulating and moving in the same direction, truly achieving unified thinking and effort. In June, the Manufacturing Division collaboratively formulated the “Sample Management Regulations” and successfully secured repeat orders. At the meeting, the Fuqing family members involved in this project were awarded.
Attracting and retaining talent is crucial. As a long-established company, Fuqing deeply understands the importance of talent. We have been dedicated to attracting, nurturing, respecting, and utilizing talent, taking multiple measures to effectively create a “talent-strong enterprise.” At the meeting, new employees introduced themselves, those who were promoted shared their thoughts, and outstanding lecturers and mentors who made significant contributions to talent development were recognized.
All actions are market-oriented, and all measures promote growth. The June and second-quarter Grand Marketing Competition of Fuqing Wood Industry has concluded. At the meeting, the champion teams and individuals for June and the second quarter were awarded, while the lagging teams and individuals summarized their performance and made statements.
Role models lead to growth. Facing the market landscape, front and back offices work together to serve every customer well, ensure timely delivery, and strive to be customer-centric, responding quickly to customer needs, which has been fully recognized by customers and the market. At the meeting, outstanding individuals and teams were awarded.
Fuqing, a century-old company, is people-oriented. This month, several Fuqing family members celebrated their employment anniversaries. General Manager Zhang Kai and General Manager Hu Yun presented commemorative gifts. General Manager Chen Changhua gave housewarming gifts to Fuqing family members who moved into new homes.
At this summary meeting, General Manager Chen Changhua delivered a speech on the theme of “Three Super Leadership.”
