The training course was divided into two parts: "Chief Growth Officer" and "Condensed EMBA." Three members of the Fuqing family provided knowledge empowerment and explanations.
Through the clear and insightful explanations by the three Fuqing family members, everyone gained a clearer understanding of the future development of Fuqing Wood Industry. The strategy execution system's construction strategy, starting from selecting the right executive, clarifying execution outcomes, and defining execution timelines, among nine other steps, helps enterprise managers thoroughly plan and control strategy execution, ensuring the achievement of corporate strategic goals. This rapidly enhances the operational capabilities of enterprise managers and builds growth capabilities for the next decade.
On-site Discussion
Empowerment through learning promotes improvement, and we are ready to forge ahead once more. This sharing session was packed with valuable insights and continuous excitement. During the training, to understand the participants' grasp of the training knowledge, we actively integrated on-site discussion sessions and increased the sharing of practical work cases.
