Fuqing Wood Industry held the April Work Summary Meeting.
1. Setting Goals and Planning
"Plans made in advance lead to success, while those not made lead to failure." In the face of a declining market, it is essential not to wait passively but to plan and prepare in advance, reflect seriously, strive to surpass, and seek practical results, thereby taking work to a new level. At the meeting, the business departments reflected on and summarized their work in April.
2. Expanding the Market
"Perseverance leads to distant goals, and solid foundations lead to great achievements." In April, Fuqing's LVL products were showcased at the German Building Materials Exhibition, attracting significant attention and opening new channels for Fuqing's overseas development. Outstanding Fuqing members who performed well at the exhibition were awarded at the meeting.
3. Talent Strategy
The tradition of valuing and respecting talent continues, and the pursuit and utilization of talent never cease. Fuqing combines internal training with external recruitment, taking multiple measures to solidify the talent foundation for high-quality development. At the meeting, new employees introduced themselves, a "mentorship" ceremony was held, and those who recommended talent were rewarded.
4. Outstanding Lecturer
In an era of information overload and echo chambers, the fleeting nature of public traffic on internet platforms poses a challenge. How can a brand leverage marketing communication efficiency to conquer time and space at lower costs and higher returns? Deputy Director of the Brand Center, Zhu Hailou, addressed this issue in his training on "The Value and Role of Fuqing's Meta-Media," which was highly effective and earned him the title of Outstanding Lecturer.
5. Grand Marketing PK Competition
All actions are market-oriented, and all measures promote growth. The April Grand Marketing PK Competition of Fuqing Wood Industry has concluded. At the meeting, the champion teams and individuals were awarded, while the lagging teams and individuals summarized their performance and made statements.
6. Follower Growth Challenge
To further implement the creation of the brand's meta-media, expand brand influence, and support major brand promotions, Fuqing Wood Industry launched a Follower Growth Challenge. All employees were encouraged to participate in creating content for the brand's meta-media, collectively building a high-quality brand image. In the fierce competition, four Fuqing members stood out and successfully won substantial bonuses.
7. Star Performers
Product upgrades, customer upgrades, and service upgrades. Facing new challenges, all departments went full throttle, striving to fulfill orders, capture the market, and serve every customer well. They aimed to be customer-centric and respond quickly to customer needs, earning full recognition from customers and the market. Outstanding individuals were awarded at the meeting.
8. Star Workshop
Striving for practical results and aiming to surpass. Behind customer satisfaction, they worked diligently on the front lines, sweating to ensure smooth production and comprehensive development. In the April evaluation, they earned the title of "Star Workshop." The Star Workshop was recognized at the meeting.

At this summary meeting, the General Manager delivered a speech on the theme "Customer Value, Starting with the End in Mind," emphasizing customer upgrades and service upgrades, all centered around the ultimate goal: growth.
