To strengthen the talent pipeline and provide robust support for achieving the “Hundred Billion Fuqing Dream,” Fuqing Group invited brand strategy expert and Peking University Economics School graduate mentor, Mr. Fang Zhiwen, to deliver a two-day course on the “Five-Step Method for Business Attraction” on March 3, 2022.

In the classroom, Mr. Fang meticulously explained each step of the Five-Step Method for business attraction. He delved into questions like “Who am I? What do I have? Why should I do it? How large is the market capacity? How can we profit?” His explanations were concise yet profound.
He also emphasized the importance of combining online and offline efforts. From conventional applications (front desk logos, business cards, tote bags, etc.) to sales displays, and extending to online platforms (WeChat public accounts, TikTok, official websites, etc.), he illustrated how to reach potential partners. He shared relevant business attraction cases, broadening the course’s scope and effectively inspiring every Fuqing participant.

A teacher’s role is to impart knowledge and resolve doubts. In the classroom, participants engaged in interactive Q&A sessions and scenario simulations, which enlivened the atmosphere. They clearly explained key points such as business positioning, how to concentrate advantages, and how to build trust. The enthusiasm for learning was palpable among all attendees.

In the vibrant month of March, everything flourishes. Through group competitions, each participant showcased their unique skills. Judges scored based on interaction, task completion, and team morale, identifying and rewarding the outstanding groups.
