Golden September, Autumn in Full Swing. Fuqing Wood Industry has always paid close attention to team building and the recreational lives of its employees. To enhance employees' sense of happiness and belonging, Fuqing Wood Industry conducted its second wave of team-building activities on September 24.
With the advancement of the group's strategic development, Fuqing Wood Industry, as one of the group's key pillars, has rapidly expanded its operations, with the team continuously growing and more new members joining the Fuqing family. To foster better understanding and familiarity between new and old members and to strengthen friendships, the team-building activity began with an "ice-breaking" session.
Everyone encouraged and helped each other, creating a lively atmosphere. Participants experienced the powerful force of team trust and mutual cooperation, which sparked great interest and enthusiasm.
Field Training
"Start!" With a command, the participants lined up orderly and headed to the training ground. This field training incorporated tactical elements throughout. During the training, participants were spirited and high-spirited, competing in endurance and resilience. No one complained or lagged behind, showcasing the tenacious will and strong style of Fuqing people.
Real-life CS
The highlight of this team-building activity was real-life CS. Unlike their usual well-dressed office appearances, both the vigorous male colleagues and the seemingly gentle and delicate female colleagues donned combat uniforms to participate in the thrilling real-life CS.
Dancing Youth
After a brief rest, team activities continued. Everyone danced with youthful energy, starting the "Tractor Dance" project. The Tractor Dance game is a team relaxation and ice-breaking activity that helps participants quickly transition from a relaxed state to a more focused and flexible state, laying the groundwork for team building. It emphasizes coordination and cooperation among participants. In the Tractor Dance game, all participants need to follow unified commands and perform synchronized actions, which helps cultivate participants' relationships, enhance mutual understanding, and improve communication and cooperation skills.
Electric Grid
"Crossing the Electric Grid" is a team cooperation project in outdoor training activities. A "grid" with varying hole sizes is hung in front of the team, and participants are required to pass through the grid from one side to the other within a specified time. This game tests the team's cooperation abilities. Clear division of labor and effective organization and coordination are key to success; reasonable pairing ensures the smooth implementation of the plan.
United We Stand
To further enhance familiarity among participants, especially to help new employees integrate into the team quickly, the host arranged a "United We Stand" game. Initially, everyone was shy and reserved, but after some time, they became highly engaged and harmonious.
Summary and Sharing
With the wind in our sails, it's time to make achievements. As the team-building activity drew to a close, General Manager Zhang gave a concluding speech: "I believe that after this team-building experience, everyone has gained a deeper understanding of collaborative cooperation, which will help individuals form a more cohesive whole.
