On February 4, the annual meeting of Fortune Group was held in Shuyang County with the theme of "Strategy and Development: A New Journey of 10 Billion". Looking back to the year 2023, Fuqing officially reached a cooperation with Trout, a giant in the field of strategic positioning. In the morning event, Ms. Yin Haitao, Senior Consultant of Trout (China), was invited to the stage and gave a wonderful speech with the theme of "Towards a New Journey of 10 Billion". The content of the speech was very insightful and centered on two key points: "How positioning strategy works" and "How to understand Fuqing's positioning strategy".

Finally, she shared in-depth information about Fuqing's strategic positioning, emphasizing that Trout will escort Fuqing's future development, and her passionate sharing inspired all Fuqing people to have strong confidence in the future development of the brand.

In the afternoon of the conference, Prof. Zhang Xin'an from Shanghai Jiaotong University was invited to bring a learning lecture on "Helping others, is it possible to accomplish oneself". Prof. Zhang Xinan analyzed the three styles of interpersonal communication: taker, giver, and mutual beneficiary, and pointed out that different styles of interpersonal communication will directly affect the breadth and depth of an individual's interpersonal network, thus shaping different career heights. Prof. Zhang suggested that the one who can reach the top of the tower must be the giver, which provided a new perspective for participants to think about, not only for individual development but also a great help to the whole team's cooperation.
Ms. Hu Yun, Executive Vice General Manager of Fuqing Wood, went on stage to deliver a summary of Fuqing Wood's 2023, in which she elaborated on Fuqing Wood's remarkable achievements in market positioning, major customer channels, international exhibitions, the industry's first launch of ENF, the creation of benchmark factories, and the construction of talents.
